Hi — I’m Fakhir Shah, the person behind BreakTheBait.

I’m a full-time developer and a certified cybersecurity specialist. I built this site because too many scam warnings sound either terrifying or useless. People don’t need jargon. They need to recognize the bait, pause before they click or pay, and know what to do next.

I write about phishing, OTP tricks, fake apps, job scams, voice-clone calls, and the other everyday traps that hit regular people — parents, students, freelancers, and anyone who just wants to stay safe online. My goal is simple: make security feel clear, calm, and practical — grounded in real technical experience, not fear for its own sake.
